Booking Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• When booking online, you will be redirected to Stripe for payment.
• When booking over the phone, we accept credit card payments but do not store card information.
• If you’re unsure which service to book or need assistance, please call us for guidance.
Cancellation Policy
We required at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If cancellation happens any later, the 20% deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, we will credit your deposit toward your next appointment. Please give us a call to reschedule any appointment.
Late Policy
Please be courteous of our time and let us know if you are running late. We have a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals or we will have to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Your deposit will be forfeited.
No Show Policy
If you schedule an appointment and no show, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to schedule any future appointments.
Please Note:
We accept cash, Le Dream Gift card and Vouchers, and all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.
Your appointment is only confirmed once your deposit has been paid. If the deposit is not received, your appointment will be canceled and made available for others to book.
No Pets are allowed at Le Dream.
